The Bistro at Gervasi is an upscale rustic Italian restaurant housed in a 200-year-old barn that once served a Canton dairy farm. We replaced the entire foundation, transforming a deteriorated structure into a one-of-a-kind dining destination.
A Grand Welcome
For The Twisted Olive, we constructed a grand heavy-timber entrance featuring a king truss design — blending Italian aesthetics with a modern dining experience.
Elevating Luxury Accommodations
Each villa contains four luxury suites with fireplaces and heated travertine floors, complemented by custom heavy timber beams and trusses reflecting the resort's Tuscan-inspired design.
