Insulating Your Timber Frame

A variety of techniques can make heating and cooling your vintage barn home energy efficient. In many cases, spray foam insulation is applied after the walls and ceiling are in place. This provides the necessary R-value and allows us to account for natural variations in the timbers. We also can build 2×6 walls on the exterior of your structure that are filled with standard fiberglass insulation.

Once the insulation is applied we can complete your home's exterior. From rustic to modern designs, we'll install the siding and roofing of your choice.
